Plastic Tube Connectors links 25mm tubes together for fast, easy frame build structures with firm and strong connections.

The design of these durable internal plastic tube connectors is manufactured from polyethylene which makes it very strong.
The plastic connectors are only used to secure the 25mm steel / plastic / aluminium tubing together and not intended to aid with the strength of the structure you are building. The plastic tube connector fits inside the 25mm x 25mm square tube providing easy building solutions on DIY projects.
Wall thickness of your tubing can be 1.5mm, 1,6mm or 2mm (2mm wall thickness might need some thinking some times).
For piece of mind to secure the plastic connector even more inside the tubing - You can use pop rivets or 20mm tec screws through the tubing into the plastic connector.

Because welding is eliminated, any assembly can be dismantled and rebuilt using the same plastic tube connectors and tubes. This allows for all the materials used in the assembly to be re-used even on different structures, so long as the tubes and plastic tube connectors are not damaged during dismantling and re-assembling. Existing assemblies can be modified by simply removing the plastic tube connector and re-assemble. Bare in mind that when you use a pop rivet, you cannot disassemble your structure with ease and needs to be drilled out first.
